Any idea what carburetor could replace the Mikuni VM19SC in a 2000 KAWASAKI KE100?

Bad news. Nothing else is going to fit. Being it's a rotary valve motor and the carb is under the side cover, not much will fit. A regular mikuni is designed to fit into an a rubber boot on the intake side and has a deeper body. You can rejet the factory carb for better performance. The pilot jet was way too small and the midrange could be improved by moving the clip on the needle down one clip. A decent all around little bike, but never a speedster.

I would repair the carburetor that you already have. what is wrong with it ? there is no reason to change to a different carburetor. The KE100 are not racers, so you will have a more reliable bike with the stock carburetor.
